If you’ve been laid off, you’ve probably gotten conflicting advice about LinkedIn’s green “Open to Work” banner. Some recruiters say it makes you look desperate. There are lots of ways to prep for an interview, whether it's a phone screen or a final round, and it will always be best to practice answers that are specific to the role you're applying for.
